This permit allows the undersigned to have an open burn at the above specified location.    The Pueblo Rural Fire Protection District ("PRFPD") takes no liability, responsibility or obligation and states that the undersigned has informed PRFD of the undersigned's intent to have this burn and to conduct it in a responsible way as not to lose control or inhibit any neighbor or other property.  The undersigned is the owner or lessee of the above referenced property, at least 18 years of age and has read and agrees to the rules of burning associated with the Residential Burn Permit.  An Email will be sent to your email. Please retain a copy for proof of your burn permit.
