Board Member Elections

This year there are three board member positions up for election. If you are interested in serving on the Pueblo Rural Fire Protection district board, please stop at station 2 (29912 Hwy 50 East) and pick up a self-nomination acceptance application.

To be eligible for this position, you must be a registered voter in Colorado and meet one of the following requirements:

1. A resident of the District
2. The owner(or spouse/ civil union partner of owner) of taxable real or personal property situated within the boundaries of the District
3. a person who is obligated to pay taxes under a contract to purchase taxable property within the district.

This is a three year elected position.

Self-Nomination deadline is February 28 by 3 pm.
